Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 weeks from the date of purchase. Processing times may vary and are sometimes arranged by negotiation — if you have a specific timeframe in mind, please contact us before placing your order and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
Domestic Shipping (Australia) We ship Australia-wide via Australia Post. Standard shipping is complimentary on all orders. Estimated delivery times once dispatched:
- Standard shipping: 4 - 10 business days
- Express shipping: 2–4 business days
Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order via the Australia Post website.
Delays Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Tirra Lirra is not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post or other circumstances outside our control.
Undeliverable Packages If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange redelivery.
International Shipping At this time, we only ship within Australia and do not offer international shipping.
