Returns and Exchanges
Due to the very personal nature of our products we are unable to offer an exchange or refund for products purchased, unless the items received are defective or damaged.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged so that we can evaluate the issue. Items are carefully checked and photographed prior to delivery and every care is taken to ensure you receive your order safely.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it with:

the original tag still attached

unworn and unused
-
in its original packaging

the receipt or proof of purchase

the supplied shipping label attached with correct postage.
To begin the returns process, contact us within 7 (seven) days of receiving or collecting your items. We cannot accept returns for items unless an email is received within 7 (seven) days.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if an exchange has been approved or not.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please remember it can take some time for items to be processed and posted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Gift Card sales are final and sale items are sold 'as is'. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns or exchanges on sale items or gift cards.
